Working pack:
The combination of epoxy resin EPIKOTE™ Resin L 20 with hardener EPIKURE™ Curing Agent 943 results in an extremely low viscosity epoxy resin system of medium reactivity with excellent impregnation and wetting properties towards glass, aramid and carbon fibers.

Application:
Due to its good impregnation properties, it is preferably used for the production of heavy-duty fiber composite components using the winding process.

Processing:
Processing time (from 20 °C to 25 °C): 100 - 200 minutes
Mixing ratio:
100 : 24 parts by weight EPIKOTE™ Resin L 20 : EPIKURE™ Curing Agent 943

Curing time:
- 8 - 10 h at room temperature, followed by heat curing for 8 - 10 h at 60 °C
- To shorten the curing time: 3 h at 30 - 40 °C + 8 -10 h at 60 °C
- For greatly improved thermoforming stability (TG approx. 110 °C):
- Curing as in 1. or 2. + post-curing 6 - 10 h at 120 °C with a temperature heating rate of 20K/h.
