With the MagSensor we give you an additional option to operate and switch our PowerBox battery backers.

The switching is done by two modern, non-contact "Hall sensors" which react to a magnetic field and thus activate the electronic switches in the PowerBox. These Hall sensors do not switch the current, but only transmit the switching pulse.

The MagSensor is intended as an option for all PowerBox systems which could previously be switched with the SensorSwitch. The MagSensor can be used to switch the two circuits on and off, and to reset the capacitance display on newer systems. Programming servos or making settings in the PowerBox program menu is still carried out using the SensorSwitch. The MagSensor gives scale pilots in particular the opportunity to operate our redundant battery backer system with an invisibly installed on/off switch.

The supplied ring magnet transmitter is powerful enough to penetrate even several millimeters thick GRP / CFRP - walls safely.

In addition to the visual control by two green LEDs, the MagSensor also has a piezo buzzer that accompanies the switch-on or switch-off process in two different pitches.

With the MagSensor, as with the SenorSwitch, each of the two circuits is activated individually. This also gives you the possibility to check each of these circuits of the PowerBox individually, also with the MagSensor.
