Description:
With the Futaba T16iZ Super computer remote control system you can make the cost-effective leap into the professional class! The new transmitter design with large colour touch display and ergonomically optimised shape guarantees perfect operation of the clearly arranged transmitter software. The T16iZ Super supports the established transmission modes T-FHSS, FASSTest and S-FHSS.

The R7208SB receiver supports RX-Link and features antenna diversity.

NEW: In combination with the FUTABA SBS-01ML S.BUS Sensor Adapter (available soon), the transmitter supports the MAVLink protocol. MAVLink or Micro Air Vehicle Link is a protocol for communication with small unmanned vehicles. It is a very simple messaging protocol for communication with drones (and between drone components on board). MAVLink follows a modern hybrid publish-subscribe and point-to-point design pattern: data streams are sent/published as topics, while configuration sub-protocols such as the mission log or parameter log are point-to-point with retransmission.

The S-BUS/S.BUS2 servo function allows all parameters of S.BUS/S.BUS2 servos to be set separately via the transmitter.

The transmitter is fully equipped with 8 switches, 2 rotary encoders and 2 rear-positioned slide encoders. All controls are ergonomically arranged and can be operated perfectly in flight. The ball-bearing control stick assemblies impress with their precision and unique adjustability. The spring force and ratchet function of the control sticks can be adjusted from the outside. Each stick function also has a digital trim. The Futaba T16IZ is further equipped with an S.BUS and a headphone connection as well as a trainer/DSC socket.

The transmitter comes standard with powerful software for powered aircraft, gliders, helicopters and drones (multicopters). The menu navigation is available in 9 languages. The SD card reader integrated in the transmitter allows model and telemetry data to be stored and firmware updates for the transmitter to be imported.

In principle, the transmitter can be charged at any USB output with 5V / 2A.

Model data from the FX22, FX30, FX32, FX36, T12FG, T14SG, T16SZ and T18SZ remote control systems can be read in directly without a PC converter. Using the model data converter v2.2, the model data from the T18MZ can be converted to the T16SZ on the PC.

In total, the T16IZ has 32 telemetry channels for up to 32 sensors via S.BUS2 without additional connection lines to the sensors.
