External magnetic speed sensor for connection to UniTest 2, UniLog 1 + 2.
With this sensor and 2 magnets, speed measurements are possible regardless of light sources or the influence of artificial light. The magnets must be attached to the motor shaft for this purpose, and the sensor itself is aligned flat with the magnets and mounted in the model at a maximum distance of 10 mm. The underside with the small black sensor faces the magnet.
A built-in LED allows for easy function monitoring. As soon as the magnet with the correct magnetic side is brought close to the sensor, the LED lights up. While the connection on UniLog 1 + 2 is automatically recognized, on UniTest 2, it is only necessary to switch between the internal and external sensor via software.
