CAT is a classic RC glider model and a genuine retro model. The model was developed in 1983 by Werner Dettweiler and the first series was produced in the same year.
Today, the kit is still largely made from the parts manufactured back then and packaged true to the original. It is not a replica or a new edition, but a genuine, pure retro experience.
The model is constructed entirely from wood and has a two-piece wing. It is controlled (as was customary at the time) via elevator and rudder.

The kit is aimed at model builders who have experience and enjoy building models from the 1980s.
