The Kanuna 258 Retro is Dominik's first glider model that he produces in series himself – and it is a project close to his heart. With a wingspan of approx. 258 cm and classic wooden construction, the model is based on the popular gliders of the 1990s: box fuselage, ribbed wings, rubber mounting – nostalgic flair meets modern, well-thought-out construction.
The design is such that the precisely fitting parts can only be inserted in the correct place, like a jigsaw puzzle. This virtually eliminates construction errors. No classic construction plan is necessary – you will be guided through the assembly step by step with detailed photo documentation. The wings are constructed on a supplied Depron slipway (assembly template) – ideal even for model builders with little experience. Building fun is guaranteed!


Flight characteristics
The Kanuna 258 Retro impresses with its balanced, good-natured flight characteristics. It really shows its strengths in thermals: it climbs reliably, easily picks up thermals, and can be flown in circles smoothly and in a controlled manner – even at very slow speeds. Ideal for relaxing hours at the airfield!
