3D aerobatic motor glider with a wingspan of 1512 mm made from virtually indestructible, carbon fibre-reinforced extruded polyolefin foam (EPO).
Equipped with a C2820-1450 brushless motor, 7x6" folding propeller, R-20B Plus controller and 4 micro servos with metal gears.
The rudder, floating elevator and floating wing halves are controlled. For 3S LiPo 1300 mAh.

Compact but unique
Twisty has a wingspan of 1512 mm with a wing area of 23.8 dm² and a length of 1005 mm.
Its flying weight is only 750 g. Twisty is quick and easy to assemble, making it easy to transport and store.
So you can start an adventure at any time. It is available as an RTF set with an orange or green finish.

With our new 3D aerobatic motorised glider TWISTY you can have a lot of fun on the flat and on the slope.
The glider not only has large control surfaces, as is usual with 3D models.
Not only does it have a floating elevator, but it also rotates the entire wing halves for perfect manoeuvrability.
TWISTY is at home on mountain slopes, over sea cliffs or dunes, where it can really accelerate in strong, regular winds.
We have installed a powerful brushless motor with a folding propeller so that you can also enjoy it where the hills are not so high and the wind is only light.

The model's fuselage is made of highly resistant EPO foam (extruded polyolefin) with solid internal carbon fibre reinforcements.
A C2820-1450 brushless motor with a 7x6" folding propeller and a KAVAN R-20SB Plus ESC are installed in the nose.
The canopy is removable and is fastened at the front with a pin and at the rear with a mechanical lock.
There is enough space in the nose for a drive battery and a receiver.
The space under the wing houses micro servos with metal gears for controlling the wing halves, rudder and elevator.
The tail units are controlled by Bowden cables, the wing halves by adjustable rods with ball pins.

The model's EPO foam wing consists of two carbon fibre-reinforced parts.
The wing halves are attached to the carbon fibre tube connector and fastened with screws.
They are controlled independently by two servos with short straight wire rods.
To make it easier to adjust the neutral position, triangular markings on the fuselage indicate the centre position of the trailing edge.

The tail units are also made of EPO foam with carbon fibre reinforcements. There is a floating tailplane.
Its halves are attached to the carbon fibre tube connector and fastened with screws.

The model is powered by the C2820-1450 brushless motor with the 20A KAVAN R-20SB Plus controller.

For the power supply you need a LiPo 3-cell pack with a capacity of approx. 1300 mAh and a minimum load capacity of 30C. Select a specific type so that the correct centre of gravity is maintained as well as possible without additional ballast.

To control the model, you will need at least a 6-channel computer RC set, which allows independent control of wing halves (ailerons) by two servos.
To increase manoeuvrability (‘edgier’ curves), it has a mix of elevators -> flaperons (camber). In the instructions there is of course also a detailed table with a proven standard setting of the control surface deflections (including mix) so that you can easily prepare Twisty for flight.
