The ASW-17 3.5 from D-POWER is a scale model glider made entirely of fiberglass. Just like the original by Schleicher, this replica impresses with its excellent thermal flying characteristics and aerobatic capabilities.

Once the ASW-17 is in the air using the optional tow coupling or optional electric drive, the model enchants with its wonderfully realistic flight profile and excellent gliding characteristics. The model is characterized by its very stable circling in thermals. In conjunction with the flaps, the ASW-17 can thus be wonderfully adapted to various weather conditions. And thanks to the various braking options, the glider can also be safely and accurately landed in tight spaces. Optionally, the ASW-17 is fully prepared for the additional use of spoilers and/or an electric drive.

ARF+ means an extremely high level of prefabrication.
We consciously decided not to offer you this model with built-in electronics and servos. Because with the ARF+ equipment, you have the opportunity to equip your glider according to your preferences. All wiring is completely installed, so you only need to connect your electronic components to the pre-installed wiring harness and plug the cables into the receiver in the fuselage. Spend minimal time in the workshop – and maximum time at the airfield.
