The ASW-28 Electric Compact from Phoenix Model is a large glider with a 6 m wingspan in a classic design, as found at many gliding sites for manned aircraft. The ASW-28 is made entirely of GRP and has a split fuselage and a two-piece wing, so that it can be transported in a ‘normal’ car.

True to the original
This model from Phoenix is in no way inferior to its prototype. Many beautiful detailed solutions make the ASW-28 look like the original when viewed on the ground. And even in the air, the model presents an absolutely ‘scale’ flight image that is hardly distinguishable from the flight image of its manned prototype.

GRP construction with a high degree of prefabrication
The model is manufactured in high-strength GRP construction. The construction impresses with its extremely high degree of prefabrication, which reduces the construction effort to almost just installing the electronics (and, if necessary, the drive).

Designed for electric drive
The ASW-28 from Phoenix is designed for electric drive, which pulls the model efficiently into the thermals. All parts required for the installation of an electric motor are not included in the scope of delivery.
