KST presents with the new A-series high-end servos, which were developed especially for the hard everyday and competition use in wing models.
For these servos, special gears with phosphor bronze gears with a hardness between 40 and 50° and axles made of stainless steel are used. This combination ensures maximum longevity and reliability, even when the gear grease deteriorates in their function after long use. The Phosphor Bronze gearbox still offers excellent friction losses, ensuring a longer service life and trouble-free operation.
Furthermore, the A-Series uses new electronics to reduce "BACK EMF" (reduction of interference to other electronic components in the model).
All servos are subjected to a 2000 Hz vibration test. This test ensures that the servos still function under the most adverse conditions, such as those encountered with combustion engines. An anti-jam circuit prevents the motor and electronics from burning out if, for example, a linkage or rudder jams.
