The BO-105 Red Bull SR FTR RTF is a compact model of the well-known BO-105 multi-role helicopter with an excellent scale appearance. The plastic scale fuselage is particularly well detailed, ensuring that the model looks very realistic in the air. A magnetic cabin latch ensures fast, easy battery swaps. The single-rotor design is ideal for the advanced beginner, and offers extremely stable flying characteristics. A gyro system provides support to the pilot during those first few practice flights. The helicopter can be flown indoors and also outdoors in flat-calm conditions or light breezes.

The full-size
The B0 105 is probably the best-known and most widely used multi-role helicopter ever developed and manufactured in Germany. It is employed by the police and the armed forces for civilian protection and disaster management, and is also the choice of many civilian operators. This version depicts the BO 105 in probably its best-known livery as an aerobatic helicopter of the legendary Flying Bulls.

The model
The single-rotor version of the new model has been developed in order to give the more advanced beginner to model helicopter flying the chance to enjoy scale flying. The model's benign flying characteristics make it a simple matter to move up from the co-axial helicopter to the single-rotor type.

Futaba Transmitter Ready (FTR)
The 2.4 GHz radio control system included in the set works according to the FTR standard (Futaba Transmitter Ready). This means that the transmitter and receiver exploit the Futaba S-FHSS code, and are therefore compatible with all Futaba S-FHSS radio control systems, such as the T6J or T14SG. The model can therefore be flown using any high-quality Futaba S-FHSS radio control system - ideal for all modellers moving up or making the change.

Features
The RTF version of the model includes a J4 2.4 GHz LCD transmitter in Mode 2 form (can be set to Mode 1), LiPo flight battery and USB battery charger.
No additional accessories are required.
