The combination of the epoxy resin EPIKOTE™ Resin L 20 with the hardener EPIKURE™ Curing Agent 943 results in an extremely low-viscosity epoxy resin system with medium reactivity and excellent impregnation and wetting properties for glass, aramid and carbon fibres.

Due to its good impregnation properties, it is preferably used for the production of heavy-duty fibre composite components in the winding process.processing time (from 20 °C to 25 °C): 100 - 200 minutes

Mixing ratio:
100 : 24 parts by weight EPIKOTE™ Resin L 20 : EPIKURE™ Curing Agent 943

Curing time:
8 - 10 h at room temperature, followed by heat curing for 8 - 10 h at 60 °C
To shorten the curing time: 3 h at 30 - 40 °C + 8 -10 h at 60 °C
For greatly improved thermoforming stability (TG approx. 110 °C):
Curing as in 1. or 2. + post-curing 6 - 10 h at 120 °C with a temperature heating rate of 20K/h.
